is live: 1080p, native audio, and instruction-based video editing up to 30 seconds
Veo 3.1
can now extend an existing video and generate from a first and last frame. Kling, MiniMax, Seedance, and Wan all picked up first/last-frame generation as well.
MiniMax H3 Max
joined as a faster option — a 5-second clip in under 3 seconds — and just added reference-to-video for consistent characters and motion
Gemini Omni Flash
got faster and more affordable in v1.1
Seedance 2.5
replaced 1.5 Pro as the default video model, with more realistic video and audio and generations up to 30 seconds
