What's new
  • You can now see who uploaded each asset and when it was uploaded directly in Table View!
  • Sort your content by upload date to quickly find your newest or oldest files.
Where you'll find it
  • In Board Table View: Look for "Date uploaded" and "Uploaded by" fields in the column settings. Click the eye to make them visible in your table!
  • In Board Gallery/Kanban View: Use the sort options to arrange content by upload date
Coming soon
The ability to sort by the "Uploaded by" field!
We've improved how comments appear in your feed when there are connection issues:
  • Comments now only appear after they've been successfully saved to our servers
  • If a comment fails to post due to connection problems, it won't temporarily appear and then disappear from the feed
  • This prevents the confusion of seeing a comment that later vanishes if it wasn't properly saved
This update ensures what you see in your feed accurately reflects what's been successfully posted, giving you more confidence when collaborating with your team.
We've refined how you interact with tags to make the process more intuitive and efficient!
What's New:
  • Smarter tag selection: When you type a tag name that already exists, pressing
    Enter
will select it instead of creating a duplicate
  • Improved search experience: The first matching tag is automatically highlighted during search, making it easier to select with just one keystroke
  • Expanded search results: You can now see up to 100 matching tags in search results (previously limited to 10)
Enhanced User Experience:
  • More responsive input field: The text cursor appears whenever you hover over the search area, making it easier to click and start typing
  • Visual clarity: Tags now have better contrast against selected rows, making them easier to identify at a glance
These improvements make adding and searching for tags faster and more intuitive, especially with keyboard shortcuts.
We've updated how boards can be organized in hierarchies to ensure optimal performance and usability:
What's New:
  • Our system now automatically checks the depth of your board structures when you create, move, copy, or restore boards
  • A maximum nesting depth of 30 levels has been implemented to maintain smooth performance
Benefits:
  • Prevents performance issues that can occur with excessively deep board hierarchies
  • Ensures your workspace remains well-organized and navigable
  • Helps maintain fast loading times even with complex project structures
We've improved how tag filtering treats version stacks - ensuring you get the same results whether you're using Table or Gallery view. Three powerful ways to filter by tags:
1.
"Does not contain"
- Shows content that doesn't have any of the specified tags in any version
2.
"Contains"
- Shows content that has ALL of the specified tags (works as an AND condition)
3.
"Contains one of..."
- Shows content that has AT LEAST ONE of the specified tags (works as an OR condition)
Now you can trust that your filtered results will be identical regardless of which view you prefer to work in.
We've added visual preview support for raw file types from the following cameras:
  • OM Digital OM-3
  • Sigma BF
  • Sony α6100A (ILCE-6100A)
If you work of these cameras, please reach out to our team to reprocess exisiting uploads for previewability.
We resolved a bug that was limiting full search functionality within the "Move to" modal. The modal now properly filters board names when a search is executed.
