We've completely rebuilt color filtering to make visual search more accurate, flexible, and intuitive.
What's New:
- Multiple input methods: Search by hex code, use the visual color picker, or select from default swatches
- Multi-color support: Apply multiple colors at once to find assets matching any of them
- Adjustable precision: Use the range slider to control how strictly results match your selected colors (from exact matches to similar hues and tones)
- Mobile-optimized UI: User-friendly interface with easy color removal and clear interactions
How it works:
The new color filtering system works across all assets, but you'll see the most accurate results on newly uploaded content. To enhance color data on existing assets, reach out to your CSM or contact our support team to request a one-time re-enrichment of your workspace.
Getting Started:
Look for the updated color filter under
More
in the filters panel. Whether you're matching exact brand colors with hex codes or exploring visually similar content, the new system adapts to how you want to search.improved
All New Filtering Experience

We’ve redesigned Air’s filtering experience to help you find the right asset – faster, easier, and with zero guesswork.
What’s New:
- Cleaner, more visual UI- Improved icons and better visibility into what’s being filtered help you search with confidence.
- Improved filter visibility- Filters now live directly beneath the search bar for easier access and smarter search blending.
- Redesigned type filter- Say goodbye to confusing file extensions—filter by intuitive categories like Images, Videos, Documents, Audio, and more.
- New location filter- Quickly narrow your search by jumping straight to specific Libraries and Boards.
- New smart tag filter- Use AI-generated keywords to filter content by what’sinthe file, not just its name.
- Integrated searches- Combine filters and keywords, then save them for quick access later.
Plus, two important UI updates:
- “All Files” is now “Search All Files”. This view is now focused on discovery, not storage. The rename reflects that — helping you instantly find what you need, no matter where it lives.
- The Add Button has been removed from this view to encourage better organization and fewer orphaned files, uploading is now routed through Boards and Libraries. That way, everything has a home and is easier to find later.
These updates are available now for all users on all plans.

Table View Editing
Renaming files and boards in Table View is now more intuitive:
- When using keyboard shortcuts to rename items, the filename is automatically selected for quick editing
- This familiar behavior matches your local file system experience
We also fixed an issue where pressing
Escape
while renaming a file would save changes instead of canceling them. Renaming behavior is now consistent and predictable.fixed
Tag Count Accuracy
Tags now display the correct usage count. Previously, deleted assets were incorrectly included in tag counts, which has been resolved.
You can now cancel imports that are currently in progress from Google Drive, Dropbox, or Box.
- Simply click thexnext to the file name in the import modal
- You'll see a confirmation dialog to make sure it's intentional
- The import status will update to show it's been cancelled

We've added the ability to select any frame from your video as its thumbnail preview!

How it works:
- Play your video and pause on the exact frame you want as your thumbnail
- Look for the film icon in the bottom right corner of the video player
- Select "Set frame as preview"
Now your videos will be represented by the most relevant frame rather than an automatic selection. This helps you better identify video content at a glance and create a more polished look in your media library.
We’ve cleaned up the Table View so the upload progress indicator no longer blocks file names. Now you can track your uploads and see what’s what—no more guessing.
We’ve updated our RAW file processor to support the latest cameras, including:
- Canon EOS R50V
- Canon PowerShot V1
- Nikon Z5 II
This means smoother previews and faster processing for your newest shots. If you work with any of these cameras, please get in touch with our team to reprocess existing uploads for previewability.
